Nancy Schmidt
Chief Financial OfficerNancy Schmidt is an accomplished executive leader combining strategic vision with financial expertise and M&A acumen. Most recently CEO of AIA Corporation, a top‑tier promotional industry distributorship, she guided the company through a successful acquisition by iPROMOTEu, delivering enhanced stakeholder value.
Nancy has demonstrated strength in CFO-led transformation initiatives, treasury and net working capital optimization, private equity board reporting, and strategic leadership underpinned by 16 years in public accounting.
Nancy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lakeland University and is a licensed CPA. She serves on the Board of Directors for Innovative Care Solutions and is an elected member of the Shiocton School District Board of Education.
