Bryan Peters
Chief Executive Officer | ManufacturingBryan Peters serves as Chief Executive Officer within the Schneider Resources Holdings manufacturing portfolio and is currently CEO of Lindquist Machine Co., LLC. He leads engineering, production, and project teams to deliver high-quality, custom machinery solutions with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance, while contributing to value creation across the SRH portfolio through disciplined operations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Bryan is a seasoned manufacturing executive with leadership experience spanning operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and general management. He has held senior roles including President, Director of Manufacturing, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, with full P&L responsibility and experience leading growth, transformation, and post-acquisition integration. This background allows him to effectively align customer needs, commercial strategy, and shop-floor execution.
A key strength of Bryan’s leadership is his commercial experience. He has built and led sales and marketing teams, developed go-to-market strategies, implemented CRM systems, and partnered directly with customers on complex engineered solutions. His experience in pricing, margin management, contract negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline development enables him to balance customer commitments with operational capacity, driving profitable growth and improved execution.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and clear communication, Bryan is committed to building accountable, high-trust cultures that support continuous improvement, employee engagement, and long-term performance.
Bryan holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and lives in the greater Green Bay / Fox Valley area with his family.
