Paul Harke
Chief Executive Officer | Foxland Inc. and Fritsch Equipment CompaniesPaul Harke is the Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Resources’ portfolio companies, Foxland Inc., and Fritsch Equipment Companies, and brings disciplined leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to sustainable growth to Schneider Resources and its operating companies. With more than 35 years of leadership experience in private equity and operations, he guides strategic value-creation across two leading agricultural equipment and service platforms serving the dairy and farming industries.
As a seasoned private equity operating executive, Paul specializes in driving performance improvement, margin expansion, and scalable growth in manufacturing and service businesses. He collaborates closely with ownership to transform investment strategies into measurable operational outcomes, emphasizing disciplined capital allocation, cash flow optimization, and sustainable EBITDA growth.
Throughout his career, Paul has developed and executed comprehensive value-creation plans involving operational restructuring, cost optimization, pricing discipline, acquisition integration, and leadership development. His pragmatic management style—anchored in financial discipline and operational excellence—has consistently enhanced efficiency, strengthened governance, and accelerated growth.
Prior to his current role, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Nutrition Service Company, LLC, where he led significant expansion efforts, scaled multi-site operations, executed multiple acquisitions, and enhanced governance and reporting systems. Earlier, he held executive roles including President of a privately held company, Chief Financial Officer positions within private equity–backed organizations, and Vice President of Finance at a publicly traded company, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both investor and operator priorities.
Paul earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. He has also completed extensive Lean and Six Sigma training, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
