Behind Schneider Resources Holding is a team with deep experience in strategic finance, family business leadership, manufacturing operations, accounting, M&A, and portfolio company growth. Our people bring both investment perspective and hands-on operating experience, allowing SRH to support businesses beyond the transaction.
Led by partners Paul Schneider and Alex Lawton, SRH combines family business experience, strategic investment insight, and long-term ownership discipline.
